  • For the Single Member or Sole Prop small business owner who… doesn’t have as many transactions but is ready to stay on top of their finances, understand their numbers and be organized come tax season!

    • up to 50 transactions each month

    • up to 2 connected accounts

    • Categorization/organization of all transactions on a monthly basis

    • Reconciliation of all connected accounts to ensure accuracy

    • Simple and easy to read reports delivered to you monthly

    • Email support throughout the month

    *Priced per proposal - Subject to additional fees if your account exceeds numbers listed

    Note: a catch up/clean up might be needed before starting ongoing

  • For the small business owner who… is growing and no longer has time to stay on top of their finances. They are ready to understand their numbers and be organized come tax season!

    *Scorps start at $500/month

    • up to 150 transactions each month

    • up to 8 accounts connected

    • Categorization/organization of all transactions on a monthly basis

    • Reconciliation of all connected accounts to ensure accuracy

    • Simple and easy to read reports delivered to you monthly

    • Up to two touch base video meetings a year (30-60 min) to review reports

  • Starting at $225 per month of project ($125/month if under 50 transactions/month) Must have 6+ more of work for this discounted rate.

    Catch Up - For the small business owner who has fallen behind and needs to be brought current to DIY or hand off.

    Clean Up - for the small business owner who has attempted to DIY and maybe it got a little messy.

    • Categorization/organization of all transactions

    • Simple and easy to read reports delivered to you

    *$200 payment required to review accounts for Clean Up projects. This is non-refundable but is applied to your project invoice if accepted

  • For the small business owner who DIYs in QuickBooks Online and just wants to make sure everything is good to go

    • Review of your QuickBooks Account

    • Diagnostic report & suggestions for fixing

    • 60 minute review session where you can ask any questions

What does the process of handing off your bookkeeping look like?

  • First you will fill out an inquiry form. We will have a quick meeting to make sure the vibes are there and for me to gather any additional information about your business for your bookkeeping.

  • If everything sounds good in the proposal I send over, I will send a contract and invoice. Once those are signed & paid, I will start onboarding!

    → now is when you can take that deep sigh of relief

    During onboarding I get any information from you that I may need, like view only access to banks, credit cards, payment processors, etc. so I can get all of your finances neat and organized.

    I send you a beautiful list using Financial Cents! You can securely upload any documents here and check things off as you complete them for me.

    I go over how to get receipts into QuickBooks and any other important stuff like that!

    Then the fun begins! (fun for me - you can sit back and relax!!)

  • Bookkeeping can be like a big puzzle (which I LOVE).

    This is where I really start to learn YOUR business.

    I dive deep into your QuickBooks Online account. I either get things set up if starting out fresh or cleaned up if you have been in there already. I will get your Chart of Accounts set up (all of your income, expenses, assets, liabilities).

    I clean up anything that needs to be, categorize transactions, reconcile accounts, match receipts to transactions, etc.

    If I have any questions as I go through this, I will send them your way!

  • Once I have double and triple checked things in your account, you get your first reports from me!!

    This includes a Profit and Loss, Profit and Loss % of Income, Profit and Loss by Month, and Balance Sheet (can add more at request).

    I love to have a meeting after this to just go over reports (as sometimes this could be the first time you have ever seen your business broken down on a Profit and Loss report). You can ask questions, we can adjust things, and just make sure we are on the same page!

  • If you have decided to stay on as a monthly client - you just get to sit back and forget about your bookkeeping. (other than uploading your receipts for me)

    By the time you remember, you will hear from me the first week of each month with any transaction questions that need clarified and then will receive your monthly reports!
